During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the friendly staff who tried their best to be helpful and accommodated my needs. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated in the heart of the city, close to various bars, restaurants, museums. the social atmosphere of the hotel allowed me to easily meet and interact with other travelers, which was a major highlight of my stay.

I found that the rooms were cramped for the number of people staying there, making it quite uncomfortable. the limited kitchen facilities were inconvenient, especially since it closed early in the evening and didn't open until late in the morning.
